Sharjah, Sept 25 (TVN) Chennai Super Kings (CSK) won the IPL match by 6 wicket despite having a dazzling partnership of Royal Challengers Banglore opening batsman in Indian Premier League (IPL) match in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The match started a bit late due to a sand strom and in the first inning Royal Challengers Banglore(RCB) had a grand opening of 111 runs in 13.2 overs. King Kohli scored 53 runs out of 41 balls and Devdutt Padikkal scored 70 runs out of 50 balls. RCB scored 156 runs on 6 wickets.
After winning the toss in the first inning, MS Dhoni had opted to bowl . In the second inning opening batsman also had a good start of 71 runs in 8.2 over. Ruturaj Gaikwad scored 38 runs out of 26 balls and Faf du Plessis scored 31 runs out of 26 balls.
The player of the match award went to Dwayne Bravo of Chennai super Kings (CSK) for taking 3 crucial wicket including that of Virat kohli, Maxwell and Harshal patel.
