Nalanda: Altogether four girls met their watery grave in river Dhanayan under Sarmera police station area in Nalanda District on Tuesday.
Sita Kumari, Sunita Kumari, Sonam Kumari and Rakhi Kumari of Kajichack village had gine to wash clothes in the rives. In due course one of them slipped deep into the water and the other three girls while trying to save their friend too went deep into the riven and were drown.
The victim girls were in the age group of 8 to 10 .
The divers, pressed into the service by the local police fished out the bodies
