New Delhi , The YouTube is paying Rs 4 lakh royalty per month to the Union Minister Nitin Gadkari.
Mr Gadkari himself disclosed it saying that he is getting the royalty as viewership of his lecture videos posted on the platform has increased during the pandemic period.
The Union Minister who during the pandemic period tried his hands on cooking and became a chef. He started cooking at home and began to deliver lectures through video conference.
Mr Gadkari said that he delivered more than 950 lectures online, including lectures to foreign universities students, which were uploaded on YouTube.
Viewership of his YouTube channel kept on increasing and it is now paying him Rs 4 lakh per month as royalty.
