NCB’s Mumbai Zonal Director, Sameer Wankhede today said "Satyamev Jayate". 



Mumbai : A session court in Mumbai  on Wednesday rejected the regular bail application of Aryan Khan in connection with cruise drug case.

The court also rejected bail applications of two others, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha.

Aryan (23) is currently lodged in Arthur Road prison in Mumbai after he was arrested by the NCB following the alleged drug seizure from a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast on October 2.

Mumbai NCB said it has submitted WhatsApp chats of Aryan Khan in the court.

Police has found a drug related WhatsApp chats that are allegedly between Aryan Khan and a debut Actress.

Khan was taken into custody by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on October 2, 2021 after the NCB raided a cruise ship en route to Goa from Mumbai.

He had been charged with offences under Section 8(c), 20(b), 27, 28, 29 and 35 under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.

 NCB’s Mumbai Zonal Director, Sameer Wankhede today said "Satyamev Jayate". 


Meanwhile the lawyers appearing for Aryan Khan said that they would challenge the todays verdict in the Higher court.
