Patna: The internal bickering between the two brothers of the high profile political family of Rashtriya Janta Dal (RJD) came to fore , in an unpleasant manner with the arrival of the party Supremo and their father Lalu Prasad Yadav at Patna after a gap of three years on Sunday late evening.

Irked at denial of his entry inside the official bungalow of his mother Rabri Devi after arrival of Lalu Prasad Yadav, who straight away drove to his wifes ( Rabri Devis) residence at 10 circular road from Jay Prakash Narayan International Airport, Tej Pratap squatted in front of the house.

Tej Pratap Yadav who had gone to receive his father at the airport was allowed only upto the gate of his mothers official residence and had to return from there . Annoyed at such treatment with none other then his own family members including Tejaswi Yadav, Tej Pratap Yadav who wished to be with his father for sometime at her mothers residence  squatted at dharna saying that he would continue to sit there for whole of the night till his father visits his official residence
Which he had decorated for his fathers arrival and had written " Welcome to my Father" at the gate.

Interestingly the self proclaimed Krishna (Tej Pratap ) who dubs his brother Tejasvi Yadav as Arjun went on saying that such dictatorial attitude of his brother that too at the behest of some outsiders including Sanjay Kumar advisor of Tejaswi Yadav and party state president Jagdanand Singh would bring "misfortune" for Tejaswi who can never return to power.

The activists of Chhatra Janshakti Parishad, floated by Tej Pratap Yadav who is its President, also sat on dharna in support of their leader and were shouting slogans in favour of their leader.

Earlier Lalu Rasad Yadav, political stalwart  arrived Patna late this evening after a gap of nearly three years and was welcomed by both of his sons Tej Pratap Yadav and Tejaswi Yadav as well as several senior leaders of RJD and his huge supporters at the airport .

Mr Yadav was accompanied by his wife and former Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi and his daughter Misa Bharti MP.

Before leaving for Patna , Mr Yadav while interacting with a section of media at his residence in New Delhi pooh poohed the allegations of Congress which  squarely blamed RJD for disintegration of the grand alliance . He said it would have been improper to leave the two Assembly Constituencies Kusheshwarsthan and Tarapur slated for polls on October 30 in the by elections for Congress. Had these seats been left for Congress it would have lost them, he claimed.

Mr Yadav however had ruled out any differences within his family and stated that both Tejasvi Yadav and Tej Pratap Yadav are his children.

He said that following the advice of his doctors he came to Patna for a month and would follow the medical advice of his treating doctors.

Meanwhile speculations where rife that Mr Yadav would address at least one public meeting in both of the constituencies, however any decision regarding this would be taken after considering the medical advice of the doctors, informed sources close to Mr Yadav.

It is said that the leader of opposition in the state assembly Tejasvi Prasad Yadav, younger son of RJD supremo who was facing the wrath of his elder brother Tej Pratap Yadav was more comfortable with arrival of his father.

Prior to this Mr Yadav had last come to Patna in May 2018 on a parole to attend his elder son Tej Pratap’s wedding.

Mr Yadav was undergoing treatment in Delhi after his release from the jail in April this year.

Mr Yadavs arrival ahead of Deepavali and Chhath festival has boosted the mood of Lalu Rabri family as well as the supporters of RJD.

The family, however need to handle the political drama being scripted by some outsiders even before arrival of Lalu Prasad Yadav .
