Challenges Yadav to exhibit evidence in support of his allegations or apologies publicly


Serves legal notice to him 



Patna: Taking serious congnizence of the charges made by Bihar Mines and Geology Minister Ramananda Yadav against him for illegally capturing Khetan market and an under construction Mall of Lodipur, former
Bihar Deputy Chief Minister and BJP Rajyasabha MP Sushil Kumar Modi served notice upon Yadav asking him either to exhibit documents in support of his allegations or apologize publicly within a week otherwise be ready to face a defamation suit.

Modi in his notice served through his lawyer Ratnesh Kushwaha demanded from Ramanand Yadav, who had alleged publicly that misusing his power as Deputy Chief Minister, Modi captured the lands belonging to Christian community and got Khetan market and Lodipur market constructed even after he had lost the battle in the court, to prove his allegations.

The notice stated Modi has no links with the land and the Mall of Khetan market as well as that of Lodipur Mall in the state capital.
 
In the notice, the lawyer claimed that the image of his client , Sushil Kumar Modi had been maligned by the news regarding the allegations of Yadav that were published in prominent newspapers and telecasted by almost all news channels.

 Modi has threatened to file a defamation suit against Ramanand Yadav if the latter fails to exhibit the documents related to his allegations or publicly apologize within a week.
