Patna: Dr Dhirendra Narayan Sinha , Director of School of Preventive Oncology, Patna appeared in the prestigious global list of 2% most influential scientist  in the area of Oncology (cancer science) and Carcinogenesis (formation of cancer) for the year 2022 and for the career also.

This analysis has been done by Stanford University scientists in a new update. Dr Sinha’s name has been appearing in this list since 2019. He has more than 250 scientific articles published in the peer reviewed journals. His several publications appeared in the peer reviewed journals of excellence such as The New England Journal of Medicine, The Lancet, The Lancet Oncology, The Nature etc. He has been visiting scientists of Harvard university USA for many years.He has contributed to the several publications by the International Agency on Research in Cancer (IARC).

He has made Bihar Proud by putting Bihars name on the global map ,said Mr Rajesh Verma, Deputy Director of the School of Preventive Oncology, Patna.
