Gurugram (TVN)  Union Road Transport Minister Minister Nitin Gadkari today said that Delhi-Mumbai Expressway project would be complete by 2023.

Accompanied by Union Minister of Corporate Affairs Rao Inderjit Singh and Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar, Mr Gadkari inspected the on going project Gurugram said that the government was committed to maintain the construction quality. He said that Delhi-Mumbai expressway will be the worlds largest expressway and longest in the history of India.

Mr Gadkari said that 1,350 km long expressway being constructed at an expenditure of Rs 98,000 crore, will bring economic prosperity and development to the states it is passing through including Haryana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Maharashtra.

The foundation stone of the project was laid in 2019.
