Patna:Accusing Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar of protecting corrupts for the sake of remaining in power, former Deputy Chief Minister of the state and BJP Rajyasabha MP Sushil Kumar Modi alleged that Bihar government is " of the corrupt, by the corrupt and for the corrupt" and maintained that zero tolerance towards corruption of Nitish Kumar has now become a "tall claim".
