Modi restless and disturbed over success of Bharat Jodo Yatra : Congress
Communal forces were scared of the grand success of "Bharat Jodo Yatra": Digvijay
Patna: Claiming "Bharat Jodo Yatra" of Rahul Gandhi, a grand successful event following massive public support, Congress alleged that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi was disturbed with the immense public support for Congress, the oldest party of the country.
Accompanied by the former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Digvijay Singh, the National Media head of Congress Jairam Ramesh said that the PMs confidence was apparently shaken with the grand support extended by the people to the "Bharat Jodo Yatra" of Rahul Gandhi.
"In his recent public speeches, the PM was visibly restless, he quipped adding that during the yatra, all sections of the society have been made aware of the autocratic rule of Narendra Modi government.
The Congress leader informed that
130 leaders from all states across the country were participating in "Bharat Jodo Yatra" of Rahul Gandhi who gave opportunities to youths and all sections of the society to raise their voice.
Jairam Ramesh said that this Yatra is not eyeing upon election but the journey has been taken up to bring harmony and brotherhood in the society and to strengthen the Congress. The political impact of the Yatra is visible as positive messages were being spread in the public.
Digvijay Singh claimed that the communal forces of the country were scared of the grand success of "Bharat Jodo Yatra" and the present regime at the Centre was feeling insecured with success of " Bharat Jodo Yatra" of Gandhi.
Bharat Jodo Yatra of Congress is scheduled to start in Bihar from Banka on 28 December. the yatra will culminate in Bodh Gaya.
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Deputy Chief Minister Tejaswi Yadav have also been invited to join the yatra.
