Nainital: The noted Indian cricketer Virat Kohli and his wife Anushka Sharma, Bollywood actress visited the Ashram of Baba Neem Karoli and sought his blessings.
Carrying their daughter Vamika, Both visited the Ashram situated on Bhowali-Almora National Highway in Nainital district of Uttarakhand.
They spent two hours at the Kainchi Dham Ashram, however their visit was kept secret.
The couple are said to be great devotees of Baba Neem Karoli and Anushka had even shared pictures of Baba Neem Karoli after Virat Kohli had made a century in September.
The local people after getting the news of the arrival of Virat and Anshuman at the Ashram, they visited the Ashram ti have a glimpse of the couple who obliged them by getting snaps clicked with them.
The celebrity couple offered special prayer to Baba Neem Karoli and attended the Aarti.
Those present in the Ashram said that Virat and Anushka also chanted Hanuman Chalisa.
Pradip Shah Bhayyu, member of the temple’s trust board said that the couple went around the ashram and learnt about its history.
Several renowned people successful in their fields including Alpert, a psychologist, American business man Steve Jobs, Mark Zuckerberg were devotees of Baba Neem Karoli and have known to visit Kainchi Dham Ashram.
