Patna: In a major political decision, Bharatiy Janta Party ( BJP) has made MLC Samrat Choudhary as state president of Bihar unit of the party.

National General Secretary Arun Kumar said that BJP National President JP Nadda has appointed Samrat Chaudhary as president of the state unit of the party and has conferred the responsibility upon him.

Mr Chaudhary has succeeded Sanjay Jayaswal, MP who was on the said post from September 2019.

The political pundits opine that Mr Chaudhary, a young leader has been conferred upon with the key responsibility with an aim to handle a particular class in view of the next Lok Sabha elections due into 2024.
